Erin, mother of three and founder of Beauty-Well Inc., became a certified birth and postpartum Doula after receiving education from internationally approved facilitators. She is certified through Doulas of North America (DONA) and is a Lamaze trained Childbirth Educator. Her extensive education and experience has formed a unique combination of Doula services and family support services to families in Grande Prairie, Alberta and the surrounding area throughout their pregnancy, births and beyond...
Doula Services combined with Relaxation Massage
Beauty-Well Birth & Postpartum Service specializes in relaxation massage, which is extremely beneficial for the mother while in labour. Erin’s massage skills bring yet another level of comfort, communication and relaxation to the intensity of the birth journey. Erin has been a licensed esthetician, affiliated with the Cosmetology Association Industry of British Columbia (CIABC) since 1997 and has introduced a unique mobile service to any expectant parent needing spa therapy treatments. Some of which may include: facials, pedicure, manicure, and/or a relaxation massage in the comfort of their own home.
Family Support Services
As a supporting service, Beauty-Well also offers Family Support Services in Grande Prairie and the surrounding area. As a mother of three young children herself, she understands the need for reliable, high quality childcare. Erin has, over the years, continued to study and has an educational background in infant and early childhood develpment. This education is coupled with her extensive experience as a Nanny. She owned and operated a successful International Nanny Agency in Switzerland from 2000 to 2005.
