Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved especially for you. We require a Visa, MasterCard or Gift Certificate number to secure your appointment. Our cancellation/change policy is 24 hours notice. If the spa is not provided with 24 hours notice, full cost of the reservation will be charged to your credit card or taken off your gift card. Booking an appointment with Beauty-Well Inc. indicates that you acknowledge these terms and agree to comply with our cancellation policy.

Prepare to be pampered!
Please prepare your living room by moving your coffee table. This will allow for adequate space in front of your sofa for your Spa Therapist to set up and sit on a stool. Adequate lighting is needed to provide a quality treatment.

Most guests like a private area for facials, hair removal, specialty and relaxation massage, and body therapies. If your scheduled treatment requires our portable table, please ensure you have moved your furniture to accommodate it. An area of 5 feet by 10 feet is needed.

In consideration of other clients we cannot guarantee full treatment time to those guests who are unprepared for our arrival and full charges will apply.

Early Arrival & Set Up
Beauty-Well wants your experience to be like no other!
Your Spa Therapist will arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to set up. This will ensure your spa treatment begins on time. We ask that you are also ready to begin on time.

Attire
As you will be draped during your treatment, we suggest you simply wear your own robe and slippers. Undergarments are optional.

Comfort
Individual sensitivity levels vary. To ensure that you receive a satisfying spa experience, communication between you and your spa therapist is essential. Facial extractions and depilatory waxing can be uncomfortable, and occasionally the pressure used during a massage can feel far too intense. Our goal is a place of total surrender, so please let us know if we can make your treatment more comfortable.

Electronic Devices, Children & Jewelry
This is your time! Thank you for turning off all electronic devices.
If you have children under the age of 12, please ensure you have made arrangements for them before our arrival. This will guarantee that you can enjoy your home spa experience to the fullest. Finally, you may want to remove treasured jewelry prior to your treatment. We cannot be responsible for misplaced items.

Benefits of Pampering Yourself
Spa treatments help to improve productivity, ease body tension and pain, prevent disease, lift depression and create greater body awareness. Don't spoil your spa experience by rushing back to regular everyday duties.
Following any spa treatment it is recommended that you drink extra water to maximize the benefits. We also recommend that you take an Epsom salt bath after body work, and it is for this reason that we include a gift bag of Epsom salts with every relaxation massage.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our prices and are left up to individual discretion, but often range from 10% to 20%. If you wish to include gratuities as a result of exceptional service, these will be accepted with appreciation.

Incentives
Combine two or more services, and receive a 10% multi treatment discount. Purchase a package of three or more treatments and receive 30% package discount. Book your next treatment upon our departure and you will enjoy $5.00 off your next service.

Gift Certificates
A thoughtful and perfect gift! Our personalized gift certificates can be used for spa treatments and packages or spa products. Gift certificates are transferable; however they cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Gift certificates can be purchased over the phone or in person.
